Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients in our intensive care unit. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Duties:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medical imaging
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform invasive procedures such as catheterization and insertion of central lines
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Assist with ambulatory surgery center procedures as needed
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions
- Provide specialized care for infants in the neonatal intensive care unit, including management of neonatal ventilators

Skills:
- Proficient in medical imaging interpretation, including CT scans and other diagnostic tests
- Excellent catheterization skills
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center procedures
- Understanding of ICD-9 coding for accurate documentation
- Comprehensive knowledge of human physiology
- Experience in providing specialized care for infants, including neonatal ventilator management
