About the Position: 

  • Touch Freight - Garage Door Parts Delivered Directly to Customers 
    • Will Have Pallet Jacks, Hand Trucks, and Tools for Assistance With Unloading 
  • Assigned Routes - New Ones Given Over Dispatch Every Thursday 
    • North and South - A and B Weeks Alternate
    • Typical run is 4-5 nights out 

 

Pay Structure: 

  • Pay is Based on Verifiable Experience 
    • 1 Year - $0.53 CPM + $20.16 Per Stop 
      • $27.59 After 1 Hour Delay Pay (Up to 8 Hours) 
      • Warehouse Pay - $23.34 Per Hour 
    • 2-4 Years - $0.57 CPM + $21.22 Stop Pay
      • $28.64 After 1 Hour Delay Pay (Up to 8 Hours) 
      • Warehouse Pay - $24.41
      • $50 Per Day Added If Training Another Driver 
    • 5+ Years - $0.60 CPM + $22.00 Per Stop 
      • $29.81 After 1 Hour Delay Pay (Up to 8 Hours) 
      • Warehouse Pay - $25.13
      • $50 Per Day Added If Training Another Driver 
  • This Year Average Gross Pay
    • $1,695 - $1,955 Per Week
    • You would get to the top rate after 3 years regardless of experience 

 

Requirements: 

  • Must Be Able to Read, Write, and Speak English

  • Valid CDL A License 

  • 1 Year Experience REQUIRED
  • Clean Driving Record 
    • No more than one (1) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years
    • No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years
    • No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years
    • No preventable DOT recordable accidents* (collisions resulting in disabling damage and/or immediate medical treatment away from the scene) while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last ten (10) years
    • No Preventable Accidents Resulting in Injury/Fatalities 
  • No Criminal Felony Convictions  
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
