The Animal Medical Center of Seattle (AMCS) is excited to announce the expansion of our Surgery department, and we're looking for passionate and dedicated Licensed Veterinary Technicians to become a part of our dynamic team We are offering up to a $5,000 hiring bonus for LVTs or experienced Veterinary Assistants with at least two years of experience in a hospital setting.

What Were Looking For:

  • Licensed Veterinary Technicians: Must be currently licensed or eligible to become licensed in Washington State. We encourage technicians with VTS credentials or those interested in pursuing VTS certification to apply
  • Experienced Professionals: A minimum of 2 years in a veterinary hospital setting is required. While experience in specialty medicine is preferred, its not mandatory.
  • Surgical Expertise: Strong background in anesthesia, surgical preparation, maintaining sterile technique, and handling surgical instrumentation is highly valued.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift patients and inventory items up to 40 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm
