We are seeking a dedicated andexperienced Director of Case Management to lead and manage our Case Managementdepartment. The Director will be responsible for directing, coordinating, andmanaging the departmental budget, planning educational activities, and ensuringthe effective delivery of Case Management services. The role involvesintegrating the department's patient care and discharge planning processes withrelated departments and external agencies, while ensuring compliance withhospital policies and patient care quality standards set by regulatory bodies.
Compensation: $190,000
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Case Management leadership experience.
- New State Registered Nurse License required.
