Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. while working with them in their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide occupational therapy services in the home setting

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Familiarity with speech therapy techniques is a plus
