Helena's truck drivers are reliable and dependable and represent Helena in a courteous and professional manner while out on the road and at the home office. Our drivers are required to use tact and diplomacy in all situations dealing with our customers and other Helena team members and leadership.

POSITION DETAILS
  • Assists in loading trailer with materials.
  • Unloads trailer by using forklift or hand truck.
  • Transports loads over required route to proper destinations.
  • Obtains shipping bills and necessary signatures.
  • Returns completed paperwork to the shipping office.
  • Removes empty skids from trailer truck and carries them to designated piling area.
  • Performs miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, gasoline and air in tires on a daily basis.
  • Assists in warehouse when not on driver runs.
  • Greets customers.
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
  • Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
  • Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hr
This job is a benefit eligible position. Helena's benefit package includes up to 15 days PTO and 9 paid holidays; medical insurance for which the company pays up to 85% of the cost; voluntary dental and vision insurance; company provided short-term and long-term disability benefits; company provided life and accidental death insurance; and educational reimbursement opportunities as well as other various voluntary benefits opportunities. Helena offers a competitive 5% match from your very first day, and rewards continued service by increasing this match over your career up to 10%.
