Associate Analyst, Infrastructure Operations
The Role
As a member of the Infrastructure Team at Fidelity Digital Assets℠ you will play a key role in developing and maintaining comprehensive first-line of defense programs for existing and new business initiatives in the digital assets space. In this role, you will assist in:
Managing the frameworks supporting the custody of digital assets, including the control, generation, and management of private keys.
Designing, implementing, and overseeing end-to-end processes, controls, and related infrastructure for the storage and transfer of digital assets.
Developing, writing and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls related to new product initiatives.
Creating and providing reporting to senior management.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
BA/BS required
Ability to take initiative, think critically, and develop solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment.
Knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology preferred.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
