Salary : $33 - 40 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Baltimore is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes.

Patient 1:

7 year old male with a gtube and trach located in Rosedale, 21206

Shifts are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday night 10p-6a

Patient 2:

2 year old male with a gtube located in Baltimore, 21209

Shifts are Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday nights 7p-7a

Patient 3:

15 year old male with a gtube, diabetes, cath, and bi pap via vent located in Baldwin, 21013

Shifts are Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday nights 1am-9am

Patient 4:

9 year old male with a gtube, trach, and vent located in Baltimore, 21224

Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night 7p-7a

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
