Always Compassionate Health provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life.

We are currently looking for an *RN or LPN *to work 1 on 1 with a patient in the _East Meadow_ area.

*Settings:* 1 on 1 private duty, home care

*Rate per hour: *LPN $35 */ *RN $45

*Shifts*: Tues, Wed, Thrs 3:45 PM - 10 PM, every other Sat 10 AM - 10 PM

*Onboarding Requirements:*
* NY RN or LPN License + Registration
* BLS
* Malpractice Insurance
* NPI #
* Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
* MMR Titers

*Skill Sets REQUIRED:*
* Trach/Vent experience
* G-Tube experience
* Seizure experience
* Cerebral Palsy experience
* Good with Technology
* Great bedside manners
