A healthcare system on Long Island is actively seeking a compassionate and patient oriented Gynecologic Surgeon to join their growing team located in beautiful Suffolk County.
Responsibilities:
The Gynecologic Surgeon will:
- Consult with patients to discuss their medical history, symptoms, and treatment options
- Educate patients about surgical procedures, potential risks, and expected outcomes
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests such as ultrasound, MRI, or blood tests to diagnose gynecologic conditions or diseases
- Provide postoperative care to monitor patients' recovery, manage pain, and address any complications that may arise.
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Certified / Board Eligible in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon
