The Pharmacy Operations Manager will join an Acute Care Medical Center that boasts a full range of services including inpatient, outpatient, medical and surgical services.

The Pharmacy Operations Manager will join a staff dedicated to providing the highest patient care and focus on patient safety. They will be well supported by an experienced staff of Pharmacists and Technicians and report directly to the Director of Pharmacy Services. They will work closely with other Healthcare Leaders and physicians to ensure that each patient is given an individualized treatment plan.

This role will be both clinical and administrative in nature and will allow the Pharmacy Manager to practice at the top of their scope. This position will require a knowledge of budgetary and fiscal responsibilities while directly leading their clinical team which includes fellow pharmacists and technicians. 

This hospital is located in Northeastern California, which offers an abundance of wilderness and natural beauty in a peaceful location. The Pharmacy Manager will have plentiful opportunities to embrace the outdoors in regards to skiing, hiking, hunting, and fishing. With a National Forest and top rated restaurants all within driving distance, this area will make a great home for an incredible Pharmacy Manager. 

The new Pharmacy Operations Manager will need to be California State Pharmacy licensed, and have a B.S. or Doctorate in Pharmacy Degree. The Manager will be joining a progressive healthcare organization that is known not only for their internal growth, but also for their high employee retention rate.
