Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care by evaluating and treating individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to assess and diagnose patients
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Incorporate Lifestyle Medicine holistic approach to patient care.
- Work in an innovative outpatient setting, providing rehabilitation services to patients centered around a team approach

Requirements:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
