We are known for superior clinical outcomes and rank in the top two percent of hospitals nationwide. Through our nationally accredited shared governance structure, our Registered Nurses are an integral part of the interdisciplinary decision-making process at Mercy. In addition, Mercy's Registered Nurses have been recognized three times by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Magnet organization. Requirements * A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment). * A Registered Nurse license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board. * New nurse graduates considered with practicum, or technician experience in acute care.
