*Pay Rate*: $60/hr.-$68/hr. on W2
*Job requirements:*
*Job Duties:*
* Provide nursing care to surgical and bariatric patients, under supervision, in a physician’s office
* Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative, and post-discharge care to surgical and bariatric patients, per physician’s orders
* Assist in wound care, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and other duties as assigned by physician
* Provide effective communication to physician regarding patient status, problems, and concerns
* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of physician’s orders, medications, and equipment
* Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies
* Maintain all patient records according to physician’s requirements
* Assist with phlebotomy and related duties
* Understand and enforce all appropriate safety policies and procedures
* Report all safety concerns to the manager or supervisor
* Assist in gathering, compiling, and analyzing statistical data on patient satisfaction
