This 100+ patient bed hospital is seeking a successful Clinical Pharmacy Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing the pharmacy operations of this renowned institution.

As the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the pharmacy team. This entails managing the clinical inpatient pharmacy services, ensuring adherence to high standards of patient care. With a team of 14-18 full-time employees under their supervision, the Pharmacy Manager will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. The Manager will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy Services.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in clinical inpatient pharmacy, backed by a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. A PGY1 pharmacy residency is required, showcasing the candidate's commitment to continuous professional development. This individual will bring a proven track record of successful pharmacy management, with a keen focus on maintaining and enhancing overall patient safety.
