Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-time 36 hrs/week, 7pm – 7am, rotating weekends and as-needed holidays, no on-call
Pay: Competitive hourly rate that increases with experience + shift diff, and a full benefits package in include health insurance, PTO, 401k, education reimbursement, and more
The Registered Sleep Tech duties to include but not limited to:
-Perform overnight polysomnograms and other complex procedures
-Establish and monitor safety precautions in the provision of service
-Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to meet the patient’s physical, psychosocial, educational, safety needs, and appropriate for the patient’s age
-Promote quality improvement, and cultural diversity through department operations and by personal performance
REQUIREMENTS:
-RPSGT Registry or RRT required
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sleep data collection
-BLS maintained for continued employment
