Responsibilities - Bilingual BDC Sales Associate:

  • Answer internet and telephone requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information, price, availability, etc., schedule appointments to meet in the dealership to sell them a vehicle, and more.
  • Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day
  • Answer questions in a professional manner using scripts to guide your responses
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule 'no shows'
  • Greet customers and identify the vehicle in inventory that meets their needs
  • Explain features and demonstrate operational performance on test drives
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Present pricing and complete paperwork
  • Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Bilingual BDC Sales Associate:

  • Required: Must be bilingual. No experience is necessary. We train for success
  • Good sales, customer service, communication, and computer skills preferred
  • A positive and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
  • Call center/customer service experience is a plus
  • Dependable with a good work ethic
  • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
