Jefferson University Hospital is recognized for their high performance in specialty care such as Diabetes & Endocrinology, Cancer, Cardiology, Heart & Vascular Surgery; & Geriatric Join our Divisional Resource Float Pool: * Critical Care Float Pool * Intermediate Float Pool * Med/Surge/Tele Float Pool¿ Responsibilities of a Divisional Float Pool Nurse: As a float pool registered nurse, responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice. * Practices safe medication administration and assesses patient responses to medication. * Participates in reviewing and/or implementing clinical pathways and care coordination * Float to units at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Hospital for Neuroscience, and Methodist Schedule Commitment Schedules are available 6 weeks in advance. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.
