MORE ABOUT THE SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - SLP:

CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by setting new standards for quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Speech Language Pathologist opportunity include, but are not limited to:

  1. Provides Speech Therapy services to students under the appropriate guidelines of IEP.
  2. Conducts screening of students to determine need for intervention/treatment.
  3. Develops treatment plans by identifying a needs list, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
  4. Coordinates treatment plan with student, family, and other team members. Implements and conducts treatment outlined in treatment plan.
  5. Monitors student's response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - SLP:

  1. Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  2. Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
  3. Current state licensure oand ESA certificate
