Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality medical services.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform various nursing procedures, including botulinum toxin treatment, in accordance with established standards
- Assist in outpatient procedures and provide care in medical office settings
- Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe healthcare environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide education to patients and families on health management and family planning

Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration and sterile processing techniques
- Knowledge of ICU protocols and occupational health practices
- Familiarity with medical office operations and outpatient care procedures
- Strong understanding of infection control standards and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:
BLS-AHA, Covid Card, LPN License, State License, 3 years of experience in SNF.
