WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a skilled Phlebotomist for an ongoing assignment at Prestigious Outpatient Facilities in North NJ. This role will be expected to float to other facilities throughout North NJ. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 7am to 8pm, and weekends as needed.

Job Function:

Ability to perform blood draws from veins using various techniques as needed
Enter patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer
Explain procedure to patients
Dispose of any contaminated needles or other biohazard fluids or tissue in accordance to policy and procedure
Organize and clean blood-drawing trays to ensure all instruments are sterile
Process blood or other samples for further analysis as requested

Job Requirements:

Completion of Phlebotomy program
Phlebotomy Certification
1 year of Phlebotomy experience required
BLS preferred (American Heart Association)
