Quality Systems ISO Coordinator

Job Summary (drug test is required):

The Quality Systems ISO Coordinator will oversee ISO 9001:2015 compliance, act as the primary liaison for quality-related customer concerns, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and production processes.

*This role ensures that customer requirements are met while maintaining adherence to international and national quality standards.

The responsibilities:

Serve as the ISO 9001:2015 Systems Coordinator, maintaining certification and compliance.
Act as the main point of contact for quality concerns, working directly with customer quality departments and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with purchasing teams to establish supplier quality standards.
Maintain and improve quality documentation, controls, and procedures.
Collect and analyze performance data, generating statistical reports to monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct root cause analyses on defects and recommend corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to meet quality assurance objectives.
Perform product, system, and compliance audits while investigating and resolving customer complaints.
Develop and monitor quality objectives aligned with the Annual Plant Quality Plans.
Utilize Lean tools

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Program Management, including ISO/TS certification and knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or a related field (equivalent experience with certifications may be considered).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, drive process improvements, and achieve measurable results in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Lean tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Proven track record of achieving quality objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
