This position will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day operations, ensuring our IT infrastructure is up-to-date and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-Manage and maintain our organization's Cisco, Fortinet and Windows Server operations effectively.
Act as the liaison for the implementation of new phone systems, primarily Grandstream.
Assist in the migration process to Stratodesk, Server 2022/2025 (Remote Desktop Services) and Windows 11 throughout the organization.
Perform imaging and configuration of devices and provide technical support as needed.
Assist with various support ticket resolution, ensuring speedy and efficient problem solving.
Participate in on-call after hours emergency rotation.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of Fortinet and Windows Server administration.
Experience in implementing phone systems particularly Voice Over IP.
Proficient in networking, phone systems and windows server.
Hands-on experience with configuring new devices (Thin Clients, Phones, End User Compute)
Experience with resolving support tickets and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Remote Desktop Services and Hyper-V is a plus.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role is expected.
Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Extensive traveling to branch locations is required initially. All locations are within 3 hours of Spartanburg, SC.
We are looking for self-starters who are able to work independently and are comfortable traveling and being in the field.
