Position: Permanent NP - Wound Care
Location: Troy, New York

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and chronic wounds.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for wound care patients.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Educate patients and their families about wound care techniques, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
Current NP certification and New York state license.
Experience in wound care or related fields preferred.
