Maxim Healthcare in Rockford is hiring for a Registered Nurse (or LPN) to work 1:1 overnight with an adult patient in their own home in Naperville, IL. Our patient is straight cathed and requires a bowel program. Skills experience is required. Pay ranges from $40-$45/hr depending on experience. Looking for: NOC's 8:30PM-9AM Why Join Maxim: * Competitive Pay & Weekly Paychecks * Flexible Scheduling * Paid Skills Advancement Training * Health, Dental, Vision, HSA and Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) Savings Plan * Maxcares Awards Program * Elevating Care to Empower Lives - Maxim Healthcare Services - YouTube Responsibilities: * Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required * Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change * Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals * Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor * Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention * Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable Requirements: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices. * Trach/G-Tube/Vent Experience required * 5 years RN experience preferred (not required) * Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation). * Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. * Current BLS card.
