As a member of the surgical team, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse Circulator, maintains the operating room sterile field; passes instruments, sutures, and sponges during surgery. Insures that proper aseptic technique is utilized to prevent contamination and infection. Assists the registered nurse with circulating duties.

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

  • This is an onsite role that will report into the hospital daily, as scheduled
  • Work Status Available: Per Diem / On Call
  • Shifts Available: Day

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or Armed Services Surgical Technology program
  • Upon Hire: National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting -OR- National Tech in Surgery - Certified - National Center for Competency Testing
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
