As Hospital Manager Respiratory Care, you will be a vital component of a large acute care facility that offers a wide variety of care such as women’s and children’s services, surgical services, emergency care, family medicine, pediatrics, oncology, behavioral health, and so much more This Hospital prides itself in offering innovative and state of the art patient care, and it has won many prestigious awards and distinctions. 

With an experienced Respiratory Therapy support staff working under them, the RT Respiratory Services Manager will have the proper resources necessary to ensure that the department is operating at the highest level and all goals are being met. The Registered Respiratory Therapy Manager will be supported by an Assistant Manager and will report to the Director of Respiratory Services to collaborate with them on unit initiatives. 

As the Respiratory Therapy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operations, aiding with development of department budgets, staffing and hiring, developing and implementing departmental procedures, and monitoring and evaluating staff performance. Individuals with prior acute care Respiratory Services Managerial experience will earn quick interviews.
