Join our established and thriving practice in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, as a Board-Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. For 15 years, our privately owned and independent medical practice, Burick Center for Health & Wellness, has provided exceptional and personalized healthcare. Positioned just minutes from vibrant Downtown Harrisburg-the state capital-our practice combines comprehensive care with a concierge service model, enhanced with functional and integrative therapies for a more profound approach to health and wellness. We believe the path to elite patient care begins with taking care of our doctors, therefore the opportunity allows for working 4 days per week in the office, no weekend or holidays hours and practice call from home 1:4.
Practice Overview:
Over the years, our practice has seen substantial growth in memberships, executive contracts, and the development of impactful therapies. The successful candidate will also perform comprehensive executive physicals and inherit an immediate patient base of 100 concierge clients With a supportive and collaborative team of clinical and non-clinical staff, we are committed to continuing this upward trajectory, ensuring our physicians have the best environment to deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver primary care services aligned with our established concierge model, focusing on personalized medicine.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our executive physical program and therapeutic offerings.
Maintain a commitment to excellence in patient care and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO with an accredited medical school background.
Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
At least 3 years of clinical experience post-residency preferred.
Licensure in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $300,000 with incentive opportunities.
Comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks of PTO, 1 week of paid CME with allowance, retirement planning, health insurance, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
Sign on bonus and relocation allowance.
Performance-based quarterly bonuses.
