Details for this client's case:
- Case is located Lake Elmo, MN
- 9 year old Male
- Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)
- Trach/BiPap
- CP
- Epilepsy/Seizures
- G-Tube Dependent
- Spanish speaking (mom does speak enough English to translate)
- Mom is the daytime caregiver
- Looking for NOC Shifts 7 pm - 7 am including every other weekend rotation
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients' treatment plan
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

$27.00 - $36.35 per hour
