We have exciting Per-Diem opportunities available for LVN Home Health professionals.
Expectations and Duties:
Your role will involve providing Home Health Visits to patients in their homes, including follow-up visits for those with home health needs. We offer training and benefits to support you in your role.
About the Role:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse/LVN is a vital member of our healthcare team, delivering skilled nursing care and prescribed medical treatment to patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in California. As an LVN, you will work under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care within the scope of LVN practice
Gather relevant data for individual patient needs
Assist the RN in patient and family education
Administer basic medical care, such as changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens
Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing
Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of active clinical experience
Active LVN license in California
Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
