* The RN Assistant Branch Director (ABD) directs and manages a team of field nurses to ensure appropriate nursing services are provided to skilled home health clients. Ensures their team of field nurses maintain productivity targets while reviewing nursing visits to ensure they were administered in accordance with state, federal, and contractual requirements, including proper documentation and communication to appropriate authorities. The ABD is also available to address clinical issues as they arise and recommend clinical interventions as appropriate.

* What is Required?
* Bachelor’s degree preferred- 3 years of active experience as a RN, with 1 year in the skilled home care industry.
* Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care benefits, policies, and procedures Valid driver’s license and insurance
* Experience in Skilled Home Health and Oasis required.
* Reliable transportation to perform job tasks,
* You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Administrator.
