Your New Role

As an HVAC Technician with Wisler, you'll be the frontline hero ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing commercial HVAC maintenance and repair, with a focus on light commercial projects.
Conducting thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks to keep HVAC equipment functioning at peak performance.
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and control system components.
Collaborating with team members to ensure timely project completion and support during complex installations or repairs.
Complying with safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Documenting all service and maintenance activities for accurate record-keeping.
Communicating effectively with clients, providing technical information, recommendations, and explanations.

Job Requirements

2 Years of previous experience in HVAC, with a preference for candidates with some commercial HVAC experience
Effective and professional communication skills
Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers
Clean driving record - no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years (no reckless/dui)
Clean background check and acceptable work/character references
Pre-employment and random drug testing
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Physical Requirements

Able to enter and exit trucks without endangering yourself or others
Able to lift heavy equipment
Able to work in heat and cold and observe proper safety precautions while doing so
Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs and stand for extended time periods.
