Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality
- Positive, welcoming, sincere - engage Guests and unique individuals and valued members of our community
- Expertly performs the role of “Ambassador” and “Experience Guide”
- Prioritizes the experience of the Guest over personal motivations/interests
- Identifies and executes the “hospitality value add” opportunities

Professionalism
- Arrives at the scheduled time in perfect uniform/appearance standard compliance
- Focused on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish

Teamwork

Technical Skills
- Uphold all safety and sanitation guidelines for handling raw and cooked food
- Knowledge and execution of proper fish-cutting techniques
- Willingness to master all sushi rolling techniques
- Always maintain a clean and sanitized workstation while following all state and federal health guidelines
- Properly label and store food, supplies, and materials
- Maintain an efficient rotation of products in all areas to minimize waste and spoilage
- Create food of the highest quality and to the standards of the Executive Sushi Chef
- Coordinate with expo and other Team Members on prioritization
- Display focus, accuracy, and a sense of urgency/speed when executing all assigned tasks
- Recipe knowledge
- Recipe Adherence
- Execute orders accurately in a timely manner and continue communication with vendors

Requirements
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
