Position: LCSW or LPC 
Schedule: 5x8s; Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
Patients: Kids-Adults
-6 patient average per day target (will receive a monthly performance bonus, $500-$1000, for meeting target)
-1 on 1 sessions
-Anxiety, behavioral issues
-Substance abuse is not required, but they are open to that experience 
-Group is not required, but they are open to that experience

Salary: $65k-$75k per year (Ballpark, open to negotiation)

SOBs/Relocation: Negotiable, $8,000 for relocation in the past
