Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for critical care nursing and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including monitoring patients, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations of patients in critical condition
- Utilize advanced nursing skills such as airway management, IV infusion, and infection control protocols
- Assist with procedures such as dialysis, ostomy care, and inhalation therapy
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques

Skills:
- Proficiency in pediatric and adult critical care nursing
- Ability to operate medical equipment and systems specific to the ICU environment
- Competence in IV infusion therapy and medication administration
- Experience with airway management techniques and ventilator support
- Knowledge of infection control practices to prevent healthcare-associated infections
- Capability to lift and transfer patients safely when needed
- Familiarity with nursing home protocols and long-term care practices
