*Responsibilities:*
- Perform imaging procedures and produce high quality diagnostic imaging.
- Conduct diagnostic radiology procedures following established protocols.
- In Ambulatory, responsible for producing all imaging necessary to meet the requirements of all research plans in the Pediatric Imaging Center. Provide assistance to end users who need to use the imaging equipment for their practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in urgent care and emergency medicine settings.
- Maintain accuracy in positioning patients and adjusting equipment settings for optimal imaging results.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection measures.
- Proficient in medical terminology to accurately document imaging findings.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in performing X-ray procedures.
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography ® Upon Hire Required
* Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license 30 Days Required
* Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers as required by CP 1.20 Life Support Course Requirements Required
* Proficient in a bio-medical imaging and scientific environment, preferred
