Two Hospitalist Openings - Philadelphia Position Details - Full-time, permanent- FM or IM trained- 200 inpatient beds, and a host of outpatient services, Hospital has a broad range of specialties to meet patients health care needs.- Hospitalist group consists of 6 Hospitalists, 2 Nocturnists, and 4 Per Diems in addition to midlevel providers.- Seeking associates who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion, and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital.- 7 on 7 off schedule. - There is a dedicated employee to rounding 8 hours M-F. - The Hospitalist schedule allows for a balance between personal and professional life.- Census of 10-14 patients per physician shift. 60% of patients are seen by the Hospitalist and 40% are seen by Private Physicians. Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.- Quality incentives- Retirement Benefits- Professional Malpractice Coverage - claims made with tail- Reimbursement of Licensure and DEA- Paid CME's- Insurance Benefits Requirements: - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - REQUIRED- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as Hospitalist - REQUIRED
