We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of physicians and registered nurses.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic procedures
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as occupational health, primary care, hospice care, and internal medicine
- Perform catheter care and suture removal
- Offer education to patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of NY
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient needs effectively
