Responsibilities:

Facilitate an excellent customer experience, engaging customers by name, in a friendly professional manner.
Build and foster customer relationships by proactively identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions to grow and retain customer relationships.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of deposit products and services.
Perform daily relationship banking tasks, including but not limited to opening accounts and teller transactions based on customer traffic.
Encourage customer use of digital banking services.
Perform essential activities to meet established goals.
Follow policies and procedures to minimize the risk of fraud.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Heartland Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Heartland Bank's total compensation package for employees.
