Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Mold Room Operator to join their team. As a Mold Room Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a dependable work ethic, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Mold Room Operator

Location:Akron, NY

Pay Range:$18.75


Whats the Job?

  • Operate molding machines for production.
  • Ensure hopper has adequate levels of raw materials.
  • Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform simple troubleshooting activities on machines and make in-process adjustments.
  • Package and label finished products according to work instructions.

Whats Needed?

  • Basic shop math skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to provide a flexible work schedule.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. routinely.
  • No minimum departmental experience required.
