Position Details:
- Location: 3001 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa, FL 33677
- Status: Fulltime
- Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- On Call: Yes
- Always in person
Summary:
The Operating Room RN responsibilities include:
- RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
- RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
- RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
- RN also preforms the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned
For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year Operating Room experience as an RN.

Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
- Preferred Nurse Specialty
Education:
- Associate's Nursing or Nursing Diploma
- Preferred Bachelor's Nursing
Experience:
- Required includes 1 years acute care experience or 1 years Interventional/Procedural experience or 6 months RN acute care or Interventional/Procedural experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment
- Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship

Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Shift: Shift 1
Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies
