Responsibilities

  • Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
  • Provide input into the annual operating budget.
  • Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
  • Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.
  • Interpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Insure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor s degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in either a long-term or sub-acute care facility.
  • Current administrator s license in the state.

Managing, Leading, And Ensuring The Profitability Of The Skilled Nursing Facility Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
Preferred: Advanced degree
Proven leadership ability with at least 3 years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or sub-acute care facility
Current administrator's license in the state
Proficient in communication and teamwork
Ability to establish and evaluate facility goals and monitor budget performance
Knowledge of and commitment to providing the highest quality of care for residents
Familiarity with Ciena Healthcare's values and mission Bachelor's Degree
