Pay Rate: $60/hr.
Shift Timings: 08:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Minimum Requirements:
Medicine social work experience, especially inpatient hospital, is ideal.
Other related areas we’d consider would be outpatient medicine, nursing facility, homecare, hospice.
Experience:
1-year General Radiographer experience.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required:
Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification
Skills Required:
EMR charting experience (especially Epic)
Psychiatric/Behavioral
Discharge Planning
Therapy
Skills Preferred:
Bilingual is a big plus.
