Job Description: Manpower is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our a fast paced manufacturing team. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for assembling components accurately, efficiently, and safely according to specific guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts or components to build a final product.
  • Inspect parts for defects and quality issues.
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to stand/sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift/move boxes of material.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
