Job Description:
The CIRT has responsibility, training and competence with diagnostic, routine and complex interventional cardiac angiographic and cardiac implant procedures. The duties also include routine and complex vascular, peripheral vascular, non-vascular, interventional and trauma procedures. The technologist is also trained in OR radiographs. CIRT’s must have a combination of technical, radiologic and clinical skills.

Requirements:
Licensure/Certification: Current CA CRT, ARRT, and CA Fluoroscopy permit required. Current AHA or AHA equivalent BLS required. ACLS preferred. RCIS preferred. Experience Must have a year recent experience in an interventional lab performing peripheral vascular procedures/intervention and/or interventional radiology and/or interventional cardiology. Experience in coronary interventions preferred. Experience with CPACS preferred.
