*Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*

· Organize work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints.

· Establish commercial environmental systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge valves, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components; complete power connections

· Test and repair environmental systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing parts, and components

· Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs

· Document detailed work performed

· Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications

· Ability to work independently in a timely manner

*Qualifications*

· 3 years of experience in service and repair of commercial and light commercial HVAC systems

· HVAC system experience and knowledge to include; central air conditioning, heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces

· Attention to detail, documentation skills, job knowledge

Education and Experience
· High School Graduate

· IPad experience helpful but not required

Language Skills
· Must have excellent communication skills

· Must have the ability to read and write the English language

Mathematical Skills
· General math skills at a high school graduate level.

· Some algebra and geometry helpful but not required.

Reasoning Ability
· Moderate level as is required to respond to customers, overcome objections and complete sales that meet customer’s needs.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
· Valid PA driver’s license insurable at standard rates on our business insurance

· NATE certification or equivalent technical level

· EPA refrigerant certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
