Cedar Park Med is recruiting skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a temp to perm position in the beautiful Hudson Valley with 6 months experience in LTC. Are you looking for a position with excellent benefits with a great retirement plan? Then this is the position for you.

*Shifts Available:* Day Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm), Evening Shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm), Night Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am)

*Responsibilities:*
* Monitor patients’ health, administer medications, and provide routine care under the supervision of an RN.
* Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
* Perform routine nursing procedures, such as dressing changes and wound care.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Document care provided and maintain patient confidentiality.

*Requirements:*
* Minimum 6 months of LTC experience.
* Current LPN license in NY.
* COVID vaccination required.
