We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in various medical settings.
*Responsibilities*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and collaborate on care plans
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
*Requirements*
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in infectious disease care, PICU, hospice care, neonatal ventilator, eClinicalWorks, IV infusion, case management
- Proficiency in administering injections, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining medical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of compassion and professionalism
