*The Ideal Candidate*
* Installation: Install mechanical equipment and ductwork according to blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
* Inspection: Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and work schedules.
* Safety: Prioritize safety on all job sites and adhere to all safety protocols.
* Productivity: Maintain workflow schedules to meet productivity objectives.
* Coordination: Coordinate with other trades on site to ensure smooth project execution.

*Other Essential Functions*
* Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of verifiable sheet metal installation experience preferred.
* Tools: Possess basic trade hand and power tools. Apprentices should have basic hand tools; journeymen should have both hand and power tools.
* License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Reliability: Dependable and able to work 40 hours a week.
* Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
* Commercial Equipment: Familiarity with commercial HVAC equipment.
* Attributes: Must be reliable, efficient, determined, safety-trained, and safety-conscious with an exceptional work ethic.
* Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
* Team Player: Strong desire to be part of a high-performance, fast-paced team.

*FLSA CLASSIFICATION – NON - EXEMPT: HOURLY| LOCATION: GRAND RAPIDS, MI |PIVOT WORKFORCE LLC.*

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.89 - $27.46 per hour
