The RN Clinical Program Manager is responsible for collaboration, development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of programs / systems that enhance professional practice outcomes within the healthcare medical team. Shares accountability for oversight of education, clinical practice and safety protocols in conjunction with implementation of new standards of care. Role models proactive, values driven working relationships across the organization in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Assures practice is in accordance with CMS and Department of Health standards, State and Federal regulatory criteria and professional practice / scope of practice. Develops effective relationships to lead, role model, collaborate and effectuate change. Participates and guides in the selection and hiring of key clinical positions within the division.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the ambulatory care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- National certification from ANA or Professional Organization in relevant field of clinical expertise upon hire.
- Supervisory/management experience.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
